This sunny cape built in 1998 is located on a two house cul-de-sac in Dodger Hole, a private community outside of Edgartown. Located just off the Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road, Dodger Hole is approximately 4 miles from each of the major Island towns and 5 miles from both the south and north shore beaches.
The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with anything you could want on vacation. The backyard borders the State Forest and is a great place to enjoy the gardens, birds, and sunsets from the hammock or the large mahogany deck. The main floor has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with glass sliders to the deck. There is also a bedroom and full bath on the first floor. On the second floor is a master bedroom with skylight, two bedrooms with twin beds (one with skylight), and a large, full bath.
