Our 4 bedroom summer home is located on an acre of waterfront in historic Barnstable Village. You will enjoy incredible views of Barnstable Bay and Sandy Neck. The original cottage, built in 1915, has been renovated with full amenities while preserving its original charm. Central air and skylights keep this home cool and bright. The enclosed porch, kitchen, living room, dining room, master and 2 of 3 upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. An outdoor shower, second refrigerator, coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes and bike racks make this an easy family vacation. The house is within walking distance to Barnstable Harbor, sportfishing, the fish market, and historic Barnstable Village. Rates include linens and housekeeping.
