This lovely home, secluded on 7 acreas, features cathedral ceilings, a screened porch ideal for morning reading, and a large deck.
The three bedrooms are zoned for privacy, with one on each end of the house and one upstairs. The convenience of a bath in each bedroom relieves congestion.
Although each room has an overhead fan, the air conditioning, for those uncomfortable days, may prove to be a real lifesaver.
The entrance and first floor are totally handicapped accessible. There is a complete handicapped bath, including a roll-in shower in the master bedroom.
Enjoy the loft sitting/game area. Although the house does not have an ocean view, the walk to the cliffs is relaxing at the end of the day.
Feed the turkeys and deer or pick your own blueberries across the running brook. Come for the comforts of home and the leisure of vacation.
(Remember, coupon books are available on Cape Air if someone needs to commute to work while the family plays!)

We will accept rental periods of one or multiple months, or two consecutive weeks from the present to 11/1/08. ( **Bonus- I can probably get your ferry reservations!)
Beginning 11/2/08 we will accept weekly rentals. We welcome your calls and inquiries at (410) 239-3245.
Nov. and April rentals are perhaps possible but will take some discussion.
One week prior to an unrented week, we can dicker on price.
