Pristine S'conset home situated on a quiet cul de sac just a few minutes walk from the ocean beach and a short bike ride from the charming S'conset Village with a market, cafe, Post Office & bus into town. Classic old world charm but with clean and new open upside down style makes it perfect for entertaining while enjoying the water views from a lovely deck situated off the Kitchen/Dining/Great Room. Professionally decorated with lots of crisp blue and white fabrics and furnishings.
There are 2 seperate living seating areas, one with a wood burning stove the other with a
2 sofas. additionally there is a small work station on bar area w/ 2 high back stools a mac computer, fax & printer.
Large private back yard replete with outdoor shower. Ideal for a family and perfect for smaller children, too. Each bedroom equipped with its own tv. The closets are well thought out and a nice size, plenty of drawer space.
