me is situated in one of the most sought after Katama locations and it's proximity to the beach.
Sorry, no pets or smoking permitted.As you enter the home on the first floor there is a full bathroom. Adjacent to that is a large bedroom with a queen bed and ample closet space. Next to that room is a bright bedroom with two twin beds in wicker. Adjacent to that is another room with two twin beds with a nautical look. At the end of the hall is a twin sleeper sofa. As you walk up the stairs to the second floor, you enter the main living area. Brand new porcelain tile keep the area bright and inviting. The kitchen, dining and living area welcome you to the views of the deck to the ocean. Off the kitchen area is another queen size bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Above that room is the loft area with another trundle bed for relaxing and views that will take your breath away!When returning from the beach, there is an outside shower. Then relax on the large deck with all teak furniture and enjoy the sunset on very private surroundings. |
