This traditional Cape Cod saltbox-style home is on a 1/2 acre wooded lot in a quiet ocean side neighborhood. It is only 1 1/2 miles to the beautiful Nauset Light Beach on the Atlantic Ocean — recently rated a “Top Ten Beach” in the world! The Cape Cod Bike Trail access is just 1 block down the street and the shallow, warm beaches on Cape Cod Bay are just 1-2 miles away. With two bedrooms up, two bedrooms down and two separate full baths with tub/showers, this house works well for 1 large or 2 small families. Enter from the large deck at the front of the house into an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. At the other end of the first floor of the house you will find a full bath and 2 bedrooms, a master with double bed, and the other with 3 singles. On the second floor there is a full bath and 2 bedrooms, a master with queen bed, and the other with 3 singles. This house has central air conditioning for the hot in-season weeks, central heat, house fans, and smoke/heat detectors.

PortaCrib available.Exterior amenities include charcoal grill, enclosed outside shower, and large deck. From May 1—Nov 1 we have a seasonal cable package with high-speed internet, expanded cable TV, and unlimited domestic phone calls. The driveway provides onsite parking for 4 cars.
Of all the properties we have stayed at over the years, we really liked this location the best.
