This private summer house is just 1+ miles to South Beach and Edgartown Village. Many glass doors and windows lead to private deck balconies and a 28'porch. There are two living rooms and two fireplaces for those fall/spring chilly nights. The main level has an open floor plan, with a living room, dining area, and fully applianced kitchen leading to a spacious 20’ deck. The dining room's 9' glass door leads to a porch and to the deck off the kitchen. The first floor bedroom has twin beds, patio door to porch, and marble tiled bath. The second level has a cathedral ceiling living room with windows facing east, west, and south. Great views!! The master bedroom has a private balcony/queen bed/balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed with private balcony, and the fourth bedroom has twins beds. Both bedrooms share a tiled bath. The house is clean with good quality bedding, and is very attractively decorated.
