Simply gorgeous newer waterfront home. Run out your back door down to the beach. Watch the boats cruise through the Cape Cod Canal. Swim on Gray Gables beach. Location is so easy to get to, just drive over the Bourne Bridge on to the Cape and get right off that rotary! 3 miles and you are ready to unpack and relax. No traffic headaches. Ahhh...luxury...this is a vacation! Top of the line furnishings and workmanship. Multiple decks, sunroom, two living rooms, plasma TV, ample bedrooms and bathrooms beautifully decorated. The hardest part about this vacation will be leaving. Enjoy!

This home has master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has king bed. 3rd bedrm has queen bed. 4th bedroom has 3 twin beds. There are a total of 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The finished 3rd floor has a deck with very nice seating and amazing views. It also has multiple air mattresses for extra sleeping. The main floor has living room with 56 in plasma, sectional leather seating. There is a kitchen with all appliances open to dining area open to family room with fireplace and comfy seating. Then there is an enclosed sunrom and deck. Very large and beautifully decorated first floor. Please call with any questions about the layout of the home. Thanks.
