The round dining room table seats 8 people. A second round table is provided and can seat an additional 8. A 46 foot long open porch will accommodate outdoor dining (table seats 10), a porch swing and additional seating, all with a water view. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Other amenities: hardwood floors, private yard, outdoor shower, cable, wireless internet, and DVD player.
No smoking. Saturday to Saturday rental. 7 day minimum. Bring your own sheets, pillow cases & towels. Other linens and bedding provided. Check out at 10 am. Check in at 3 pm. Security Deposit required.
