The walkout-finished basement is complete with pool table, ping-pong, bar area, fireplace & another sitting area. There are patio doors to the courtyard. Exit from either the great room, kitchen, sunroom and master suite on the 1st floor to the 24'x36' Bluestone patio, complete with outdoor furniture large beach stone gas barbeque and additional grills. There is a large porch in the front of the house that wraps around into a 13 by 16 ft. screened porch both complete with plenty of wicker furniture to relax on. New perenial gardens with flowering and evergreen trees complete the peaceful landscape.

This home is very private and is set over 300 feet off the association road and has woods all behind it owned by the association. There is easy access to ferries, shopping and public beaches, along with a bus stop and bike path about 400 feet away on County Road.
Outside this home in the back, there is a large private bluestone patio with beach stone propane barbecue with additional gas and charcoal grills and outdoor furniture. There is also a lounge-swing to take a nap on off the patio. A screened porch, also complete with wicker furniture is just steps off the bluestone patio, outside shower and a private yard with perennial gardens complete the lanscape. There are also extensive new perennial gardens with a mixture of beautiful evergreens and flowering trees to complete your peaceful getaway. Ask for an updated landsaping plans. The private association of Meadow View Farms has tennis courts available and has ample area for walking around the asociation with its meadows.
