There is also a screened-in gazebo ~ 14 by 20 ft.with vaulted ceiling off the courtyard in a peaceful setting. A 14 x 18 ft. living room with vaulted ceiling and skylights is above the great room with a balcony so you can view the grounds, great room and sunroom. There is a 16 x 16 ft. primary kitchen with fireplace which is open into another large room with a sitting area and dining room. The breakfast room with vaulted ceiling and sky lights is off the primary kitchen. You can exit off the sitting area next to the kitchen or the 1st floor master bedroom onto the brick patio which has a 4-6 person jacuzzi, stone barbague and gas grill. Inside downstairs, there is a game room, bar area, another sitting area with fireplace and laundry room. Exit out of the sitting area to the courtyard with blue stone patio.

This home is open yet private with a mixture of different type of evergreens around the perimeter. There is plenty of room inside and out to spend quality time together or to find your own private space. Even thirty people would have plenty of room to enjoy. There is easy access to ferries, shopping and public beaches, along with a bus stop and bike path about 500 feet away on County Road.

Outside this home in the back, on the large brick patio which has the jacuzzi, there is a stone barbecue with an additional gas grill for cooking or pleasure and plenty of outdoor furniture. The blue stone patio and front porch also have plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on.
