The house is just steps from the harbor and has views of the water and/or countryside from every room. Set on a very private property in a quiet area, bounded by acres of conservation land, ''Summer House'' is surrounded by expansive lawns and beautiful seaside gardens. You will be near to the island's extensive network of bike paths, and just down the road from the best kite surfing beach on the Island.
There are three large bedrooms with ensuite baths, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances, full central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace for cold evenings, a wonderful deck overlooking the upper harbor, an expansive porch for relaxed meals, a basement rec room with ping pong and foosball, cable/DVD players in each bedroom, wi-fi throughout, access to a private beach.

The house is fully equipped for your dream vacation: from the hammock under a tree in the yard to a croquet set for those lazy afternoons; a sunfish on ''your'' beach; DVDs, books and board games for those rainy days; foosball, ping-pong and free-weights & a bench in the basement rec room. If you want, we can help you to arrange all the details that make for a perfect vacation: massage overlooking the upper harbor, have bikes delivered to the house, or kayaks to the beach, arrange for a boat to be moored off your beach, pre-book restaurants or a fishing trip, reserve tee times on one of the island's great golf courses, a guided walk on the moors, have pre-visit provisioning or perhaps a catered clam-bake. You name it, we can make it happen!
Each of the three bedroom suites has something special and plenty of space, so three couples can share the house but still have time on their own. Have lunch or breakfast on the upstairs deck overlooking the upper harbor, on the back porch with views of the rolling countryside. Help yourself to fresh herbs from the garden, as you prepare dinner in your gourmet kitchen, or for a picnic you take to a private beach across the harbor. Watch the egrets set up home in the salt marsh, or the osprey bring dinner back home to the chicks in their platform nest. The summer house is made for creating special memories that you will have forever.
