Both homes are beautifully decorated and well maintained. Our home is close to the famous Nauset beach 2.6 miles/3 min car ride and Skaket beach 4.2 miles/6 min car ride.
MAIN HOUSE: 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths - Sleeps 10 comfortably.
BDRMS -1st fl master suite/king bed, upstairs 2bdrms both w/set of twins /bath, 1 lower level bdr w/2 twins & full bed.
Open kitchen/living/dining room, screen porch, and large deck overlooking pool. Half bath 1st fl.
Finished lower level game room/fam rm with ping pong table, darts and cable TV.
WiFi, Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher, outdoor shower. Extra twin mattress if needed and full air mattress. All bedrooms have blackout shades.

HOUSE
Driving up to property you will see 10 ft manicured privet hedges bordering the road which provide extra layer of privacy to property. The main house is 75 yards from the road and cottage is 10 yards.
-The cottage has it own entrance and carport which can accomodate up to 3 cars.
-The main house has another entrance and its carport is quite large and can accomodate 6 cars. Dining room has 8 person table and 2 counter space seats. Outside there are a total of 3 patio tables w/chairs - one on deck (seats 5) , one next to hot tub (seats 8) & another by the pool (seats 6).
We also have portable crib, 1 air mattress and twin mattress for extra sleeping space.
Our yard offers a great place for kids to run around and play that is if you can get them out of the pool long enough!
CANOEING, KAYAKING or a lovely BEACH WALK
A short walk to end of our road (.25 mile) to Tonset Landing & Nauset Harbor, where you can walk along the beach, or launch your canoe or kayak for a beautiful outting on Nauset Harbor.
NAUSET BEACH
2.6 miles/3 min drive
This famous broad ocean beach has massive sand dunes, big ocean waves, and big family fun. It is the southernmost beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore and it is operated by the town of Orleans. Life guards; restrooms; food concession. Parking stickers are available for Orleans renters for $50 a week. Off-road vehicles are allowed for $140 per season; permits can be obtained through the town of Orleans
(Highly recommended!! Borrow our ORV kit including beach block/tow rope/shovel/tire gauge and grab your pass in 5 minutes to enjoy beach access that is unique on the Cape!)
SKAKET Beach
4.2 miles/6 min car ride
Ideal for young children when tide is low. When the tide is flat you can walk out for a mile. The tide flats have hermit crabs, minnows, and other critters bound to delight the young and the young at heart. The sand is fine and clean - there are even patches of pink sand.
Our annual family vacation is always spent at the Cape (over 25 years). Each year, we've tried a new rental property. After staying at the house/cottage at Tonset, we have found the perfect spot!
It's roomy enough for our extended family, and the cottage is perfect for a family. The pool and hot tub really made our vacation unique and added a new dimension of fun.
The pictures posted online don't do it justice-- the house is very tastefully decorated and has a lot of light-- perfect for a cape vacation. Overall, the property is well kept up and very clean. We'll surely be back!
