Explore your private boardwalk to your island on a beautiful saltwater pond of over 745 acres (2 1/2 miles in length). From a large patio (great for entertaining) you look down over an expansive lawn. The interior is bright and modern, built in 1986, expanded in 2002 with new furnishings in 2008. Design of this 3,000sqf home takes full advantage of sparkling water views from almost every window. The house has a beachy, modern feel, always bringing in the beautiful views. This is the second summer the house has ever been rented, thus the house is in pristine shape. A great room overlooks the patio with a wall of windows and a gas fireplace for chilly nights.
