Choose Beach side for waves and surf, or Bay side for calmer water and tide pools. A short five minute walk over a picturesque wooden bridge leads to the bike path, small general store, and shuttle service to/from Nantucket town. Famous for spectacular sunsets, Smith's Point offers visual splendor well into the evening hours.
This ''upside down'' house's great room, kitchen and dining room are on the second floor, so guests can thoroughly enjoy the breathtaking water views. The fully equipped modern kitchen features a central island with stool seating, and the large dining area comfortably accommodates ten people.
