Come and enjoy the preservation of up-island on one of the most desirable roads on MV. In this new 3 bedroom home with expansive water views of Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth islands. This house offers everything, the bedrooms were designed for privacy one at each end of the house and the other on the top floor. 2.5 bathrooms, a private outside shower. An open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and a dining area to accommodate 10 people. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. A large mahogany roof deck to star gaze, a mahongany front porch to watch the boats go by, a screened in porch to have dinner and watch the twinkling lights of the Cape. Great yard for the kids to play. Walk down a path to miles of private beach! Walk to Menemsha pond which is the best beach for families. Take the bike ferry over to Menemsha harbor and get an ice cream and shop in the boutiques. Just a short walk up to the famous Aquinnah cliffs.
