The second floor has the master bedroom with queen-sized bed, two twin-bedded bedrooms and full bath with shower. The full basement includes a washer and dryer.
The bike path abutting the property will give you easy access to explore Surfside, 'Sconset and Madaket while enjoying Nantucket's unique scenery along the way. The NRTA (shuttle) stops across the street and is an easy way to get around the Island. Or, if you don't want to pack up the car and head to the beach, then take a 1-minute walk to the pool!
Surfside Beach is only a 10-minute drive. The Trading Post, a new convenience store, is located across the street so you can walk over to get the morning paper, coffee,...

The property is close to everything but removed from the heavy traffic of downtown. I am available by phone at all times for helpful suggestions about where to go and what to do on the Island, and have a caretaker who is an Islander and happy to help as well.
