Beautiful home located in Sagamore Beach Village. The perfect beach vacation, walk to beach, playground, tennis and ride your bike to the scenic Cape Cod Canal. Have a picnic lunch and watch the many boats go by, don't forget to stop for a Friendly's ice cream.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and breakfast bar that seats 4. The back deck has seating and a gas grill, or enjoy the colorful adirondack chairs for a sunset cocktail. There is a den with comfy chairs and high speed internet access and TV. The long dining room table seats 10. We have 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms upstairs: 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins. And two bedrooms down in the lower level: a king and a twin. There is also a playroom on the lower level. There is a small back yard. Home is close to street, but take advantage of Hawes Field, directly across the road from house, the perfect place for an afternoon wiffle ball game.
