Our ''treehouse'' is the tallest residence in the town of Oak Bluffs. Enjoy quiet and seclusion in this wooded setting, located in the exclusive Meadow View Farms community (includes association tennis courts). There are panoramic views from the upper level, above the treetops.
The bike path and MVTA (bus) are steps from the door, and bikes are provided (4 adult, 3 youth, and one ''trail-a-bike''). The beautiful Pecoy Point Preserve is an easy walk (or very short drive) and provides access to Sengekontacket pond for your canoe or kayak.
Inside, the floorplan is open and spacious, with large picture windows, light and views. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with leather seating and oriental rugs, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen.

"This is a fabulous home! The layout is perfect for a lot of people - 4 floors allows privacy, yet the 'living floor' is open and makes it fun to cook and entertain. The owners are fantastic - I've been here all winter and wish I could stay forever! The location is perfect - lots of places to walk, right near the MVTA stop, and the views are gorgeous. The elevator is extra special - my handicapped mother is very comfortable when she visits here. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds and furniture extremely comfortable, and all the amenities are perfect. I'd recommend this house to anyone wanting a getaway!"
