It's just a short walk to beautiful Lambert's Cove beach from this lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath custom contemporary. The house is in ''like-new'' condition. We recently finished a complete renovation including new decks, central air conditioning, windows, siding, complete interior painting and electrical upgrades.
The open, airy layout with large decks on 3 levels provide plenty of room for outdoor summer living. There are three bedrooms (queen and 2 doubles), and the laundry facility on the first level. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the first level deck. The second level has the living and dining area and the kitchen. The living area opens on to a large deck with gas grill. Another bedroom with attached bathroom, a separate deck and a lovely area to just sit and read complete the third level.
The house is located on a quiet street partially up a hill that gets cooling breezes off Vineyard Sound.
