Set in the woods, back from the road is this brand new Cape. As you leave the side deck, it's a one minute stroll down a private wooded path to a sandy freshwater beach. There you'll find a 4'x16'dock with a canoe and rowboat for you to enjoy or bring your own boat and leave it at our dock. The lake has excellent fishing for trout and bass and is almost 60 feet deep in some areas. Also there is some fishing gear for you to use. Other things you can do on the lake are swimming, sailing, snorkeling and water skiing. Sorry, no jet skis allowed on the property or at the dock.
Warm water Ocean Beach (Southcape) is just 15 minutes away.Enjoy a mile of golden sand.
The main house consists of a 24x40'combination great room and kitchen dining area with cathedral ceiling and skylites. Two sets of sliders lead to a 28x12' deck with wooded views and some water views. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with 2 baths. units.The second floor has a 20x20 loft with a balcony overlooking the living area. There is a queen sleep sofa inthe loft with a slider to a Juliette Balcony with pretty views. A crib is also available on site and there's plenty of room for the kids to roll out their sleeping bags. There's a full semi finished walk-out basement with 2 sliders and a 28' deck. Another 12x12' deck is off the dining room. All sliders have a southerly exposure for sun lovers.

There are excellant local restaurants offering freshly caught fish and some of the best ''chowda''around.There's lots of kids fare as well.And there's pleny of upscale shopping,Cafe's,Bistros,and a movie theatre at Mashpee Commons just a 10 minute drive away.
