Heaven on earth for those who love sun, beach, sunsets, and a blissfully beautiful environment. This lovely, airy, contemporary home is situated on a quiet lane that dead-ends at Katama Bay and abuts Wasque Reservation (spectacular conservation land with walking trails, fabulous beaches, and excellent fishing). Walk or drive to bay or ocean in minutes. And if you crave the shops and restaurants of Edgartown, they're only 15 minutes away. Comfortable for a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation for up to six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, while the second floor has a laundry room and open kitchen, dining, and living room areas with a cathedral ceiling. Off the second floor is a large deck with table and chairs for outdoor eating and chaise lounges for sunbathing. From the deck and living room, enjoy glorious sunsets and water views. Enjoy videos and DVDs, but only count on one TV station (ABC).
