Relax and enjoy the best of both worlds: beach and nature during the day and Edgartown at night. The property is across the street from 400 acres of pristine conservation land (Wasque Reservation) with panoramic ocean views and boardwalks to swimming and fishing beaches. Just down the road (a 5 minute walk) is Katama Bay where you have access to clamming, shelling and sunset walks. The main house has three bedrooms, two baths, living room, kitchen. Ocean/bay views from living room, bedroom and deck. Second building has large recreation room and large open bedroom overlooking bay and ocean.
