This property has it all: the lake, the dock, an acre and a 1/2 of woodlands. The house, new in 2004, has many amenities. If the weather isn't just as you like it or you've had enough sun, there's always a challenging game of ping pong or a relaxing game of pool. Bring your favorite action-packed movies to watch and hear on the surround sound. There are also plenty of quiet places in the house to get away with a good book.
The central location makes it close to exploring the 'Brewster Flats', classic plays at the 'Dennis Playhouse', rolling surf at the 'National Seashore', best beaches on the Cape in W. Dennis, along with waterfront dining at the Lighthouse Inn. Enjoy some of the best bass fishing on the East Coast from the shore or guided small boat (inquire with email.)
