The master suite, located on the main floor, provides you with a queen bed, private bath and charming sitting room with fireplace. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a library with plenty of books and games and even a piano!

This is a Cape Cod summer vacation in the best location.
Our home blends the historic character of a whaling captain’s home with a professionally decorated “Cape Cod” décor and all the modern amenities of today. The location of our home is fabulous! We are right in town yet the way the house is situated with its large yard provides privacy and quiet. We are also an easy stroll or bike ride to the beach.
The former owners were arborists whose family was in the landscaping business and over many years they created the most amazing collection of native plantings, trees, bushes and flowers. We also have a Koi pond with goldfish, bullfrogs and the soothing sound of running water and our children love to feed the fish and sing to the bullfrogs!
