Cozy, furnished, short or long-term ,winter rental for the off-season available Nov. 1, 2008-May 1, 2008. Also (if available), we are offering rental specials for all school/holiday vacations.
Our half bath is located on the first floor. And there is one bedroom (full-size bed) on the first floor as well.

The home has water views from the second floor deck, where you’ll find a lounge and rocker for sitting out in the mornings or late afternoon upon return from the beach and also, a first floor deck with outdoor dining and gas bbq grill. As well, a spacious front and backyard with lush, green grass to sit and relax after your outdoor shower or dine at the picnic table for lunch in the afternoon.
Vacationers are encouraged to take advantage of Sandwich recreation areas where you can bike or rolleblade down the canal's path, fish off the canal's jetty, and walk the famous, Sandwich Boardwalk through the towns village. All of these amenities are in walking distance from our vacation home. As well, there are several beaches in Sandwich which are public. Town Neck Beach, which is in walking distance, can also be parked at for a daily fee.
