Cozy three/four bedroom home located on Thaxter Lane, one mile to Edgartown South Beach. (Walk or take the new bike path! A nice addition for the little ones!) The fourth bedroom is configured as a den with a queen sized foldout. A great place for kids to hang out while adults relax in the other family room. Walk to South Beach or the diner at the grass airstrip.

This is our 'second home' and is maintained in mint condition. Many of our guests come back year after year. Some comments from the guest book: ''Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.'', ''The location is perfect, near the beach, but very private.'' ''Thank you, everything we need is here, we'll be back.''
There are plenty of 'rainy day games', like Monopoly, Backgammon, Trivial Pursuit, chess and checkers, Apples to Apples, and puzzles. Croquet, Bocce and volley ball sets are on the landing shelf, and may be set up on the lawn. A beach umbrella, beach chairs, and coolers are there for those flying in. High speed internet (Wireless Verizon DSL) is set up for those needing to check in with the office.
