The lower lev...el ...is refered to as the ''secret garden'' suite. It features a private bedroom, with...queen size bed, full eat in kitchen, full bath with antique soaker tub, and laundry room.
Top two floors have exterior deck and first floor provides the access to the ''secret garden''where you will find, outside shower,gas grill, and the deeded beach access.
Additional guests will be comfortable either on the double European futon located in small den, or the European Futon Sofa located in the main living room area.
This home can accommodate 2-8 people.
Yes, your pooches are welcome, there is pet security deposit required and prior contractual agreements with the management company.
"This property is great for people who want to have a blast in Ptown. I don’t recommend this house for a couple that is looking for a low key vacation. This house is right in the middle of it all! Best coffee shop in Ptown across the street, The Monkey bar (and great Thai food) 5 feet next door. This house is great if you want to be noticed. You will have lots of visitors which of course is great when you want to meet people, and have great conversation.
The house is very clean, and well maintained. The best thing about the rental is the location, and the front porch of course. In regards to the bedrooms there are technically only 2 bedrooms, and 1 makeshift one (which does work out just fine). Lots of room which was also nice so you don’t feel cramped even with a group of people. Lots of character I must say which makes it fun.
I would return to this rental in the future if I was looking for something for a group of friends!
