This 5-bedroom sleeps ten, with flexible bed arrangements--upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: one with matching twins which easily convert to a king bed, a queen room, and a twin-bedded room (kids love this room). Downstairs, there is another twin-bedded room which can convert to king, alongside a queen room. All rooms are simply but tastefully appointed with care and warmth. Each set of bedrooms shares a full bath.
This house is located near many of Hyannis's main summer attractions: downtown Hyannis with its shopping and number of restaurants, Hyannisport Village, ferries to islands, Hyannis Airport, Kennedy Compound, Melody Tent, Bike Path, and a choice of beaches. It is 4/10 mile walk to Keyes or Fortes. Craigville and Kalmus are within 2 miles on bikes. Golfers like to visit nearby Hyannis Golf Course, Hyannisport Club, or Twin Brooks Golf Course.
The house is surrounded by natural plantings which provide privacy and a sense of seclusion. The back deck and yard extend into a lovely wooded area--a bird lover's dream--great for sunning, grilling, or afternoon naps in the hammock. The backyard outdoor shower is also a delight.
Front and back driveways easily provide parking for 4 cars.
