The Snow House is 100 steps from the harbor and 6 blocks from the center of town/ferry in the East End. This beautiful home boasts water views, a roof deck, large bedrooms, stainless steel kitchen, an oversized yard with a white picket fence and parking for four cars (2 tandem spots).
There are four oversized bedrooms, three of which offer king beds. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bathroom and direct access to a beautiful roof deck overlooking the harbor. The other two bedrooms on the second floor have private toilets with Kohler sinks and slate floors. Both of these bathrooms share a beautiful stone shower and a whirlpool tub. The large first floor bedroom and bathroom overlook the professionally landscaped back yard and are perfect for guests who would rather not walk up and down cape cod style stairs.

The designer chef’s kitchen features a Viking 6 burner gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, Miele oven and Bosch dishwasher. Cooking is made even more enjoyable by virtue of the open floor plan which connects the kitchen to the dining area with seating for eight. The oversized, fireplaced living room is just steps away.
The house has central air conditioning, stereo speakers throughout, wireless Internet and two televisions with cable access.
No smoking, no pets.
"First of all - the pictures on the internet do NOT do the house justice. I rented the house for a long weekend in Aril to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday and as soon as we walked in -- we knew it was going to be an amazing weekend. The homeowner Michael (who is wonderful) greeted us as soon as we got there and gave us a tour. Needless to say - everyone felt lucky to be staying there and kept asking me how I found such a beautiful spot. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are even better. Just try to the huge Jacuzzi tub! The house is incredibly clean and outfitted with everything you would ever need from a gourmet kitchen to surround sound and a roof deck that is perfect for drinking wine. If you're thinking of renting a house in Ptown - this is the place! Enjoy!"
