The open kitchen/family room plan is great for cooking and entertaining. Serve memorable island dinners in the formal dining room. For outdoor dining and sunning, enjoy the brick patio and large yard. There are outdoor furnishings and a gas grill, also an outdoor shower. Four bedrooms on the second level include a master bedroom with en suite bath. There is another full bath on the second level and a half bath on the first level. Parking is available for two vehicles. The house is a scant one mile from the center of Vineyard Haven with close proximity to the Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, the ferry and public transportation to all areas of the island. Ride your bike to a pristine ocean beach, about one mile away.
