There are two sundecks and a two car garage with parking for two additional cars in the driveway. The house is situated in the seaside village of Woods Hole. It has a beach a block away and is within walking distance to everything! – The village (restaurants, market, bars) the Steamship Authority (ferry to Martha’s Vineyard), the Aquarium, Children’s Park (Taft’s Playground), the Catholic Church and meditation garden,the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI).
Woods Hole is the starting line for the world famous Falmouth Road Race every August and home to an International film festival in July.
Massachusetts may approve a rental tax for vacation rentals, which would be in addition to the advertised rate.
