This old captain's house sleeps 12 comfortably in 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 1 half bath with an outside shower. One of the nice features of this property is that it has a very large living room and is located across the street from the beach. The first floor has a living room, dining room and off the kitchen is a room with a washer and dryer and full bath, there is also a bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath. The second floor has four bedrooms,one with twin beds,two with one double bed in each and the last has two doubles in one room, there is also a full bath.
