Relax in this bright, comfortable home ideally located in town. A 5 minute walk to Main Street, or a short bike ride to Steps Beach! Close to Mill Hill, and only a few blocks to Surfside Road and the bike path; and in the opposite direction, it is located only a few blocks away from the Madaket bike path! All the while located on a quiet one way street. A perfect neighborhood for children. New central air and heating system.
First floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway to second floor. Half bath. Deck with stairs to large backyard. Beautiful hardwood floors, and two driveways, off street parking for up to 4 cars. Nice stonework to compliment the yard.
Second floor: Three bedrooms on this floor. One is a large master bedroom suite with king bed and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two full beds. The other one has one full bed.
