If renters do not want to do so, they must simply strip all beds and place linens in designated laundry baskets and pay a fee if cleaning service fee is in excess of the average cleaning fee(charged by the cleaning staff that comes in between rentals. Monthly rentals are required to have house cleaned, at renters expense, after 2 weeks during rental period,
