Private, yet town, band concert, Cape Cod Baseball NCAA sanctioned summer league games and several beaches are within walking distance. Fish off the dock - keep your boat, a friend's, or a rental boat on the dock. Use our 2 kayaks to paddle to the Oyster River, the Mill Pond, the Snake River! The house is about a mile & a half from the Chatham extension of the Cape Cod Bike Rail Trail. Ideal for family get togethers or weddings--function fee may apply.
