around screened porch. Located on a quiet, secluded lane near the picturesque village, the
pier, and bay beaches. A short stroll to the Wellfleet Market and Hatch's fish market and vegetable stand.
Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms (queen and double) on the second floor
with a shared bath; the third floor features three bedrooms (one double, one double with a single, and one single bed) with a
shared, remodeled bathroom. A separate studio/office with sleeping loft, half bath, and outdoor shower is perfect for overflow
guests or working vacationers.
Other amenities include a remodeled ('05) kitchen with six-burner Wolf gas range and
Sub-Zero refrigerator, a brand-new high-efficiency washer/dryer, and high-speed WIFI throughout house. New water filtration system ('07) purifies tap water and ice-maker.

The spacious, grassy yard is enclosed by hedges and fences for privacy. Large hammock in the back yard; the newly landscaped side yard is perfect for badminton or croquet. Outdoor ping pong table is also available for use.
Having brought our family (with adult children and three grandkids) to this wonderful house for the past three years, we have only good things to say about the place and its owners, Julie and Josh. The wraparound porch with picnic table and wicker chairs is great for art projects, games etc. and the yard is grand. With village shops just a stone's throw away and a safe walk for the kids, the house remains secluded and quiet. We've found it an excellent mid-June rental!
