Having grown up in Woods Hole and the surrounding area, I jumped at the chance to rent a home in this beautiful section of town. How pleasantly surprised I was to find out that the house itself was just as lovely as it's scenic location. The interior has clean, modern lines and large, multiple windows that allow for amazing views of the sunsets and the morning ferries and fishing boats coming and going. The added bonus of this home is the contained loft that is the perfect children's play area. Our two daughters loved having their own special spot to keep their books and toys and we loved the designated spot to keep all of their belongings besides their bedroom or the living room! Another treat was being able to walk everywhere in downtown Woods Hole while leaving our car in the driveway as parking in town can sometimes be impossible. We stayed here at Christmas last year while visiting family and liked it so much that we immediately booked it for our annual summer visit this year and we already can't wait to come back next year. The owners were a joy to work with and were very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Having stayed a different vacation rentals around the country, we know that this one is special!
