Built in 1996, this home enjoys a secluded location on Wings Neck with a private beach just 300 yards away. Our 350 feet of beautiful, sandy ocean beach overlooks Buzzard's Bay. We are located next door to our family's turn-of-the-century rental property which shares the vast and lovely six acres of land.
This family-oriented home has three floors of living space. The open floor plan on the main level consists of a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer behind louver doors, and a bedroom with double bed and full bath. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with queen bed and sliders out to a deck, a full bath, and a bedroom with twins. The lower level, terrific for children, hosts two single beds, a crib and a comfortable sofabed.
Wings Neck is only three miles from the Bourne Bridge, so there is less Cape traffic to contend with during busy summer months.
