This traditional Nantucket cottage is located on a very private lot on a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to Madaket Harbor or bike path it to Madaket Beach. It's within walking distance of the NARTA intra-Island shuttle bus.
The property includes two floors with a newly renovated master bedroom/bath suite with king size bed upstairs, three bedrooms (one double bed, one twin bunk beds, one separate twin beds) and a full bath downstairs, and a full kitchen. The living and dining areas share open space for easy relaxation. There is a wood stove and satellite TV/DVD. Outside has a large private yard off the furnished deck/porch, and there is an outdoor hot/cold shower and grill.
