Enjoy sports on the 60'' HD TV in the great room, basketball court or games in the large fenced in back yard. Don't worry about summer heat - central air. All the linens, beach towels, beach chairs await you. Just bring your personal items, everything else is here for you to enjoy. Home has a security system installed as well. Gas fireplace in case there is a chill in the air.
Easy walk to private beach - just 7 houses away. Lots of golf courses and great shopping close by. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment as well in nearby Mashpee Commons.
King size master bedroom with full bath. Two twin size bunk beds (sleeps 4). Twin size bedroom (sleeps 2). King size guest bedroom. Downstairs family room and laundry facilities. Living room has 36'' TV, DVD, stereo, board games, iron, ironing board, vacuum, etc.
