Jim is a fantastic host and the property is just beautiful. Spacious, convenient location, well-stocked kitchen, and excellent patio looking out at the monument. I have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years (I was just 3 years old) and feel blessed that we found the perfect location to start the tradition with my son- only he got started at one! Now he calls it our "beach house" and can't wait to get back!"

It truly was EXTREMELY close to the middle of town, which was appreciated at the end of a night of walking up and down Commercial Ave. The owners are so pleasant, and actually stop in to see if everything is satisfactory -- and offer restaurant recommendations (REALLY appreciated). The bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen had just about any gadget you could think of. Everything seems really new -- like the bathrooms, the kitchen appliances. And VERY CLEAN!! AC is in both bedrooms, and considering how humid it was during our stay, I was glad we had it. Unfortunately, there's no air-conditioning down on the main floor. But they provide fans that circulate the air and keep things comfortable. It rained a couple of days we were there, so we rented DVD's at the Redbox at Stop & Shop, and really got to just relax and enjoy the space. Of course, my husband was online (WiFi high speed internet access). I'd DEFINITELY recommend staying here."

It is a nice location, in that you can walk to Commercial Street w/in 2 or 3 minutes, yet you are out of the craziness of the town. I would definitely recommend this unit and will return in August of 2010. Just be sure to bring Jim a bag of candy!"
